Like when she is single again. What's wrong with that?

It would be helpful to explain yourself. You're not making a whole lot of sense.

Sweeping generalizations and sexist comments == case and point in your books?
Interesting.

Thats a rather old fashioned way of thinking. I dont think anyone in general wants to be controlled.

I agree, especially in modern day America which is my reference. I don't understand why a guy would want to be with a woman who wanted to be controlled anyway. I find myself most attracted to empowered independent women.

Well, do you want them to?
If you're unhappy with him, and you're into one of these other guys, it may be for the best for both of you and your man to break it up sooner rather than waiting until something goes down between you and one of these guys whom wants to spend time alone with you. Does that not sound as described as a date? Furthermore, do the guys or guy you want to spend time alone with know that you're not single? Are they under the impression you may be looking for a relationship with them?

You guys seem to forget we are still primates with insincts bred into us over million of years of evolution
Things like the male is dominant and the female is submissive and having multiple partners
These cant be changed
Now Im not saying you cant over ride these instincts
IMO that very thing is what makes you civilized , but to many people let there feelings control them.
People have times of weakness coupled with strong emotions not based in logic which often create bad decisions
Sort of off topic but I thought it had relevance

Shroomie Gnome said: I made a joke the other day when we were hanging out with one of his work friends and his gf. She was talking about how she used to be a lesbian before she met her boyfriend and I said "ooh better not leave us alone" I made it very clear I was joking and then my boyfriend said "Yea and then Ill kick you out of my car and you can walk home" He was being very serious and angry. I cant even make a joke about it without him taking it to heart. So that's just an example of whats going on I have many more but this was the most recent.
well maybe, you could adjust for him regarding this, because even for someone who isn't typically jealous, this could bother them. if he said the same thing regarding another girl, it might bother you. its on the same Level.
i was like this guy tho, its because he has deeprooted problems, could be anything, he will have to open up to a therapist, and sort through these things that are clogging up his mind and putting him through fight or flight anxieties.
i say have a talk with him about trying to change his actual thought process. like what to think instead of this. tell him to revert to the time when he first met you and just wanted you to be in his life, let alone take your life from everyone elses..
its not necessarily, but there could be something rooted deep. for me it was my bisexuality urges... i thought i was turning gay, and it was causing stress on the relationship.

all of my friends.know im taken and i dont like anyone else, my boyfriend is the only person i want to be with. If we could afford therapy we would do it, i know personally from experience how well it works. I will have a talk with him, he just really hates spending time without me so itll be a bit difficult
