Scalpel or Inocculation Loop for Cloning??
    #19104821 - 11/08/13 10:25 AM (10 years, 3 months ago)

obviously one can use either one.  Just curious on some of yalls preference.  my innoc loop is just a bread tie wire wrapped around a pen.  it works, it has a lil give though like if i really needed to dig into something it would bend maybe before actually getting a piece.  but i gather the inside of a stem, being very fleshy would still grab enough of a culture to be viable, no?

i figure, whatever, ill find out in a lil bit, but just wondering your preference, and/or whats more of the common method.

It's not preference. Use a scalpel.

i recommend common sense and figuring it out.

These are the TEKs I use. They're all as cheap and easy as possible, just like your mom.
