Monotub stalled.

So I'm doing my first monotub the mix is pasteurized horse manure with some verm to make it absorb water better then mixed with cakes.
My first flush went fine and I got roughly 700g wet. I then made the mistake of leaving some mushrooms too long and some spores dropped on the substrate. This was not a lot of spores but since the first flush was pretty much done I washed as much of the spores as I could off while dunking it and let it sit in water for about 6 hours I then let it drain off before putting it back into fruiting conditions.
Now here is the problem, I didn't clear out the old pins on the substrate so I got a lot of black aborts that I removed by hand, there's probably still a few left on the cake but very little. And now the second flush that came barely yielded about 150g wet, there is however a lot of healty brown pins that just wont grow any more.
Any ideas what I can do to make it fruit again? Thanks in advance.

A picture is worth a thousand words. It sounds like your monotub isn't what we here would call a monotub. And chances are it's just done fruiting now.

How much has the substrate shrunk? I let my shrooms sporulate sometimes. Either they drop while I'm at work, asleep, whatever. Haven't had issues. The few mushrooms that don't pop up on the spores pop up elsewhere. As as far as leaving pins and aborts, don't worry about them unless you see actual rot(bacteria). They'll just die and morph back into mycelium. Sometimes you'll get fruits on top of dead fruits. Flip the substrate over and have another go. That usually breaths life into my tubs.
You're just referring to it as a cake because it's solidified, right? Is this a typical monotub?

Took some pictures. the yellow looks is just from the lamp that I use to get more light for the camera. I don't use it on the grow.

If the yellow is from the lamp why does your polyfill look bright white. The white balance on the camera must have been on auto and set itself up just fine.
Those tubs look not so good imo

Too much water and too much fanning caused it to dry out.
Try pouring some water into it along the site and swish the water around the bottom to try to rehydrate. Don't do too much water.
I did this to a tub last week and I woke up to about 15 pins.
