i dont know, im sincerely aspiring to become a microbiologist, im going to school for it in spring. and after the better part of a year and a half of research and lurking on the shroomery, i started growing cubes. so i signed up in hopes to get some useful information and even help others when i can.
needless to say, no one said anything really at all. i mean, it seems all the posts i make arent helpful or something of the nature. what i mean to say, is that kinda turned me off to it. i mean i still want to study all mushrooms whenever i can, but its a huge bummer that it seems like nobody will reply to me.
seems like it makes me get on here less and less.
anyways, sorry, thats my rant. its been buggin me.. thanks for reading i guess .

Where do you post?
Do you use the proper forums?
Do you post big walls of text?
Some forums just don't have a lot of traffic.

Why not just do it instead of going to school for it.
Develop a product. Develop a market and grow your business.
Perhaps identify what the schooling is going to offer you that you can accomplish atm.

yeah i post in the correct forum typically the cultivation forum, but sometimes spirituality and mysticism.
and that is what i plan on doing. im in the process of getting my agar and stuff of that nature, and im going to mess with that ALOT. im stoked haha.
anyways, by tax time, my plan is to isolate the apex sections of oyster mycelium, a shitload of times, and try to perfect my oysters. then, my plan is to grow bulk, and sell to local areas (ive spoken with some, and local growers are really hard to come by where i live) Hopefully i will snatch the market, or atleast some of it, up. ill be happy to make a penny from doing something i love to do, i dont consider it work

I used to always go in to mush cult to help people, I would spend nearly all of my free time in there helping people, but I got tired of people with little to no successful grows under their belt acting like they knew it all.
I got really tired of people spreading misinformation, I tried to correct it with the correct information but it began to become overwhelming/annoying/redundant so I stopped going in there as much.
I still go in there occasionally to try to help people because of how grateful I am of how much help this site and its members gave me when I first started, but not nearly as much as I used too.
But honestly virtually any question you could possibly have has already been answered multiple times, you just have to use the search engine.
