Can I get rid of this? Just started noticing it.

So, I got myself a kit and they've begun the fruiting process. They were fine up until recently, I've noticed green growing in the one corner.

Now, in the kit instructions it warns on multiple flushes if you happen to see green to treat with salt. This is only my first flush, however I did as indicated, and it seems to have made effect in that one area on the left. Do I just keep adding salt until it disappears? I haven't any more soil to add if I am to remove any of it.

That is trichoderma, the forest green mold. My general instructions are to toss that, try to get a refund, stop buying kits, and learn to grow for yourself.

I would start here.

The reason I can't do it myself is that I don't own a pressure cooker, nor could I do it discretely enough around here. This seemed like a good solution judging by the responses and what I've heard of the site. It's a rather big batch to toss like that.

Edit:
Well, I had removed the green soil, and covered it back up. I applied salt to the area and cleaned the air/space around with lysol disinfectant. It seems to have not come back so far.
