any grain flour would be the choice, not sure on the flax i thought that was more of an additive at best due to it's texture

Fuck casing them, spawn to bulk.

It is much more rewarding.

He's gonna do WBS and PF Tek. he just wants to know if something else will work besides BRF on the PF Tek.

If that flour has 10 diff grains in it, I'll say to use that one. Reg flour has all the nutrients bleached out of it. Or, grind up some WBS, instead.

It's a pain to grind brown rice, I may have broken my blender last time I tried, and I ended up giving up... My GF had warned me.... Oh by the way it was the first or many bad decisions... If I could take it back, maybe by today I'd have prints instead of waiting for a miracle to happen to my casing layer

He asked about what he has on hand, which is how I answered.

A blender is not a grinder my friend.  A lot of people have 10$ coffee grinders.  It's made for 'grinding' not 'blending.'  Grinding brown rice is possibly the easiest part of PF Tek.  It takes me about 2 minutes to grind the rice I need for 5 jars...

But it's totally understandable that you would have tried a blender. In your situation I probably would have tried the same thing.  But for real, the blender is not designed for grinding grains.

Yeaaaahhhh so you're saying that using my ice çrushing 100$ blender was the cause and using my 10 coffee grinder would have done something else...? If that's true, how ironic, funny mistake.

I can only say from my personal experience.  But yes.  Grinding brown rice is the least hassle of the whole process  I put the rice in.  I push the button, I pour the ground rice out 20 seconds later. Repeat until I have enough.
