It's totally normal.
Specially at the bottom of the jars.
New air may have done that.

cobweb mold maybe. Never take the the tape off the holes during colonization. Condensation is good it means the jar is the right temp. Or it means the mycelia is growing correctly, because mycelia produces heat when it grows.
