Everytime I see Sriracha now I remember that dude on here who claimed that anyone who preferred Sriracha or bought Sriracha only did so because they were hipsters and because it was the "in condiment".

I'm going with grey pupon, rich old men in fancy cars are always asking for it. Which is better than what they usually end up asking me for.

Shit sriracha has been in my family's fridge since I was a kid back in the 80's. I was cool before it was cool to be that kind of cool. Does that make me a hipster?

Well now that Sriracha has been mentioned a million times, I feel like I need to change my vote, because Sweet Baby Ray's definately deserves a mention.  (besides, I'm no hot-sauce-hipster.)

Siracha is def over rated, it's only half way good on sushi. So many better things out there, it's like a comp out for the lazy

You obviously don't eat nearly as much asian food as I do. And I would NEVER put it on sushi  :girlofdisapproval: although it is OK used sparingly in a spicy tuna roll. I'm kinda a traditionalist when it comes to ma sushi. I just want rice, fish, and seaweed along with soyu, wasabi, and pickled ginger.

I think it depends what kinds of foods you like to eat. I eat more SE asian food than any other kind of food, so I use it a lot. I don't put it on mexican food usually though or other kinds of foods. It is a nice blend of hot and garlic though.

If you have the time, make your own blend of spicy and garlic with other stuff, you will find it amazing and fresh
