Terrible paralysis with Azures this evening and...

and my stomach hurts real bad, like, real bad. So first, any suggestions for that would help greatly.
So..I had a pre-planned adventure set up for me and my BF with 2 heavy duty eighths of azurescens, lots of MJ rolled up & ready, and lots of blueberry lemonade. We decided to split an eighth at midnight, then to split the other eighth later on if we wanted. About 20 minutes after eating them, we were both just feeling fuzzy and happy, but then about an hour later my BF really starts to trip out, can't walk or talk very well, and pretty much won't speak to me. At. All. For the next 4 hours, he goes in and out of feeling limp and sleepy, to (I apologize for this) rubbing his face on my crotch and LAUGHING. I wasn't feeling similarly at all, felt very relaxed, enjoying sound and the visuals, but didn't feel out of control. I felt very in tune with everything, till he started to trip hard it went really sour. I suggested to go outside and smoke a jay, see if it would mellow him out a little. Before we even get up, he says he can't move and his limbs just want to lay there. He stayed like that for a while, and it started to worry me because he wasn't even asleep, and I knew he wanted to get out of that position but couldn't. It wore off and he got to sleep quickly after he was able to move and drink a lot of water.
I have a lot of questions, probably dumb and stupid. But I figured to ask because we may be taking the other bag over the weekend for a redo. I'm just approaching it with caution, and am coming to the conclusion that this particular shroom just isn't for him, and don't know how to tell him I don't want him to have permanent damage w/out sounding like a debbie downer.
Has anyone else had any weird paralysis with these? Is it best to not try them again and stay away from this particular kind?

No permanent damage will be done in my opinion, paralysis with azurescens is not necessarily an uncommon thing. They are the most potent psilocybe in the world. Maybe start with a lower dose next time or at least eat it at a slower pace.
Here is an interesting theory I read about what may cause this, "the same process that keeps you from acting out your dreams while you are asleep appears to also be active at certain stages of a mushroom trip. wobbly knees and the inability to clench a fist are early symptoms of this process. quite possibly connected to serotonergic activity."

How experienced are you guys?
'Paralysis' is rare and probably more mental over load in my opinion... Over thinking or panic reaction... Make sure to stay hydrated and drink some juice or sweet tea
No permanent damage.... He will be fine

I believe the baeocystin may have something to do with this....there are some other documented cases on this site of similar paralysis episodes from azzies and some others with higher baeocystin levels....mostly wood loving species....here's one...

He's done this at least a dozen times, maybe more. I've done it 5-8 times, a long time ago, so it's been about 5 years.
I know he was tripping hard, but knew his surroundings and normal things. What I'm saying is (for us, at least) he really couldn't move for sh_t and couldn't even attempt to. All he could do is pretend to be asleep, stay in that same position. It was messed up, and I felt really bad but kept myself calm so I didn't freak him out anymore. Idk. Whatever. Crazy trip is what I'll chalk it up to. I'm too tired for further investigation.
