So ive been dealing with alot of shit at work and would like feedback on how i should go about this..
I work in a pretty shitty job but have been unsuccesful finding other work as i live in a pretty small town. About a year ago the business i work for was bought out by a pakistani man, ive been working there three years. The last six months ive been getting my hours cut for things that have nothing to do with work. Im now cut down to 2, yes two hours a week for these things i have not done bc i feel they are immoral and illegal:
Boss has asked me to: 1. Asked me to buy him a handgun bc he is not allowed to own one..he asked me to do this at a time where his wife was planning on divorcing him and he has made vague threats about her 2. When people try to buy alcohol an dont have an ID and look young, he has made me meet them out the back door with it 3.accused me of stealing and told me my hours would be cut if i didnt admit to it. I told him to check dvr security footage and show me where i stole and he checked two months worth and found nothing. Lost hours anyway 4. Pulled me in the office and brandished a 9mm handgun to me.. followed by"in pakistan you can kill a man and just give money to police to get rid of body" 6. Tells me all the time my religion is stupid anyone who believes in a god other than allah is a idiot etc 5. I won a decently large amount of money on my day off on a scratch lottery ticket and he tolde to give him one thousand dollars or id be fired.. now he only jas me on one day working 2 hours a week.. and the list of things goes on and on......
Im getting readyto call the department of labor and file a report.. should it be a harassment report or discrimination? Any thoughts how i should handle this? Theres no talking with the boss its way past that point..

Im gonna ask them when i call it in if i should remain employed for now or not.. i forgot to mention ive been dealing with extreme anxiety since i was ateen and i start going into a full blown panic attack every time i pick up the phone to call.. i just hope they actually believe me and at least punish him in some way for putting me through this shit. I know i am not gonna be able to keep my job but id like to at least see something be done

it would be easier if you had him on a recording like his voice or a video of him saying/doing these things.

I carry a gun to work, i have a concealed weapons permit and have trained with my weapon countless hours.. he does not have a ccw and has never shot his gun bc it is a felony for him to posess it.. im not worried about being killed, i could legally shoot him before he could cock the hammer if he ever threatened me like this again, but i dont think i should have to put up with shit like that and the other shit i mentioned.. my hours have been getting cut in half every week

Umm, can't you simply tip a few pigs off on this matter?
Call 911 and make up some bullshit excuse, when you know he's in his office and has that gun inside. Say he threatened you with it (which he did) and let him explain to the cops why he has it and why he pulled it out on you. The fucking idiot.
I can't even imagine how small this guy's dick must be if he acts like that
