myc on glass

First time grower/poster and help would be greatly appreciated. Using pf tek and brf I've inoculated 12 half pint jars just over 3 weeks ago. Myc has grown in one its about 25% at the moment. But only one. I was incubating and then realized to shelve them. My question is why does it seem the substrate has consolidated away from the glass and (hopefully) myc is starting to form on the glass? Can this be a sign of colonization delayed by the incubator? Will this my meet up to the actual cake or should I toss them and retry? Also the good cake is growing across almost connected and up into the dry Verm layer not into the rest of the cake. Long story short is this normal and can myc start on and jump from glass Mush obliged

its hard to tell what your jars look like without a picture. uploading them to this site works good people dont like outside links.
Seems how they are 21 days along and only one shows growth i'd say its not looking good.
Did you use a pressure cooker?
Flame sterilize the needle before each jar?
Did you use a still airbox when inoculating?

The growth started directly under the innoc point halfway down the jar and slowly moved its way up and I believe is healthy and its from sporeworks No PC no glove box steralized with alcohol between jars (I jumped in a bit quick and just now realized the controversial tek procedures so I'm goin with rr's The one is very white I'll attach pictures to see with the best of my ability
That's the "good" one I've also messed with my jars a bit too much out of excitement nothing unsteril Also it is b+ which I've heard to be a slow colonizer No big deal tossing jars just more waiting

Bummer but it is what it is, for experimental research(aka shits and giggles) I'm going to isolate it from my new jars and just see what happens thanks everyone, hopefully round 2 will go smoother!
