unkown lawn mushroom, possible cinctulus.

Habitat: in the lawn, grass.
Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.

Gills:light broqn turning black
Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.

Stem: reddish, especially when split
Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.

Cap: pronounced "nipple" when young.  biggest cap the size of a half dollar
Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.

Spore print color: black
Very important!

Bruising:
Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.

It's hard to say from those pics, but I think they may be something like Lacrymaria  lacrymabunda.
