Quick Question (pic inside)

here are some Cambodian Cubensis that I got for a present. It was a grow kit. Had bag of rye berries and some compost. Well i'm this far (pic below) and I have a question.
I just leave them on my desk. I have cut 4 slits at the top of the bag for more airflow, it also has a filter at the top. Are they looking ok? And should I be doing anything besides just watching them grow? That big one has grown alot in 3 days. Im wondering how long before they are ready to pick?
Also, what is the blue ring around the big one?

I can tell you straightaway there are a few problems with your setup, but what they are I cannot tell you.
It just doesent look right.

I think you might need fresh air exchange but Im not sure because I've never used a bag

This is why grow kits are hated in the community. The bag option always confuses people. I think this bag looks pretty cool, it might need more misting though. Remember evaporation off the substrate is key to inducing pins.
Good Looking though, a little dirty, but it has real promise.

Good call with the FAE slits, though I think your RH is far too low; I don't see any condensation in the bag, thus, supplement with misting the sides of the bag twice a day or so (this might be the culprit of your cracked caps.)
Other than that it is looking ok.

Looks like you need more everything, definitely more misting.
Do you even mist and fan?
BTW misting the fruits/substrate directly is fine, just be gentle.
I reccomend taking the substrate out of the bag and putting it in a SGFC.

The cracked cap means the substrate needs moisture, and the RH is too low.
And a sealed bag needs tons of FAE.
I'd fan it a few times a day, and give it a good misting.

Condensation has nothing to do with humidity, it is from a temperature differential.
The fact that there is no condensation means that the bag is getting enough FAE, but the cracks on that cap mean there is not enough humidity.
There should always be tiny droplets of water on the substrate....water on the walls of the bag means nothing.

No I had not been misting at all until yesterday. They looked really dry to me too so I decided to start misting. They are still growing and there are so many on the sides coming out as well. I guess for now i'll just keep misting multiple times a day so the RH stays high.
Any other advice? Do they look healthy? I wouldn't really know as this is my first time doing this. But I believe I have done a decent job so I would really like to see some get harvested. Any idea how far away from harvest?
here are more pics.

Looks promising, but it definitely needs more humidity as everyone else has said. You've done a good job though given the circumstances!

No problem, there's really nothing more poeple can tell tha they haven't already. They need more humidity and they are not in the best possible enviroment for fruiting.
Why don't you try to UTFSE and try reading/following the rules...

Thank you. Should I just keep misting every few hours?

If the substrate isn't glistening with moisture, it wants more moisture. Mist heavily and then check again in an hour or so. Repeat until you're convinced your substrate is hydrated, which will be when you check back and it's still glistening. After that, keep misting until it glistens.
