If there is mold this early in, its probably fucked. Assuming the other trays are clean, the contamed one won't necessarily spell their demise however (it ain't doing them any favors tho), having mold spores being spread all over your house is a bad thing. Assuming it is mold I would get rid of it. Pics always help a diagnosis tho.

As far as the fruits edibility is concerned, any healthy fruit with no mold or bacteria on it is safe to consume regardless of the sub it grew on.

Highly unlikely to be mold.  Mold will sporulate at designated spots and it will be dark forest green, looking like green sand on the surface.  If the mycelium itself has a faint green tint, it's bruising.
