I am growing Mazatapec Mycelium withing a 300ml Karo liquid culture. Once the Mycelium is fully matured how much 3% Hydrogen peroxide in milliliters should i inject into the jar, as i want to cut down on contaminants as the jar may be kept in long time storage.I include photo of a similar jar i use.

Hydrogen peroxide will break down over time, and won't help you with long-term storage. It will kill any ungerminated spores - but if there are any spores in there, they've likely already germinated.
I'd make some slants, or at the very least, some agar plates, if you want to store for longer than a few months. That way you'll be able to visually identify any contamination - something that's nigh impossible with an LC.
Sorry to be a killjoy!

I really can't recommend you use peroxide an an antimicrobial, but if you insist, here's some outdated advice from the 20-year old agar teks that RR has criticized extensively:
"A range of H2O2 concentrations is acceptable. Psilocybe cubensis seems to tolerate amounts ranging from 1 ml to 7 ml per liter...Wayne recommends from 6-10 ml of the 3% Peroxide per liter...."
If you really need an antimicrobial agent (protip: you probably don't), look into Cycloheximide, Chloramphenicol, or any of the many agar mixes designed for mycology that include selective antimicrobial adjuncts.
