So basically all of the cakes in my SGFC are getting bluish. I may have touched them but just picking them up and looking for pins, please tell me this is just bruising

Also only one will fruit and it only has 1 pin on it, what am i doing wrong?

That looks like bruising. Mold will have visible mycelium that has a different color and texture from the surrounding mushroom mycelium.
I'm willing to bet the problem you're having is moisture content. Those cakes look pretty dry, and dry cakes will bruise and produce few mushrooms. Are they heavy or light? Is the perlite in your SGFC wet or dry?

They are pretty light and the perlite isnt soaked but its kind of moist, the cakes are just starting to pin, Should i dunk them again?

I'd do as cronicr suggests, but I'd do it inside the SGFC if possible. I'd also mist both the cakes and the perlite heavily.

So should i just put some water on a plate and set the cakes on it overnight ? And i thought it was bad if you mist to much and that they will grow mold if you do

yes just piut some water on a saucer and put the cake on and leaveit there(in the fc) for the night and remov any water tat didn't get absorbe. as for misting just mist as needed, that iis when you can no longer see visible moisture left from your previuos mist but fan inbetwen this time

Alright thank you. I will do that. I checked and all the cakes have tiny tiny little fruit bodies starting to grow

I would recommend doing just a regular mono. The air pump probably isn't necessary.

Yeah, Im still debating. I saw a cool air pump mono in the cultivation section that seems to be doing really good, but i dont know all of the necessary info for a mono yet. but after these cakes im hopefully doing one right away

If you look at some of the grows the pros around here do in regular monos, I think you'll agree that there isn't much improvement to be had. While an air pump mono might do very well for you, I think a regular monotub probably will as well.
