Conocybe cyanopus possibly? I.D Please

Found these growing off of moss and grass in a well kept apartment complex. I'm pretty certain I've found Conocybe cyanopus... however I'm not an expert in the least bit so I figured the great shroomery would help
Golden caramel tops when wet. Edges curve upward with age. Dries to a slightly lighter caramel. No visible bruising though. The stems are white/very lightly brown.
EDIT: Found in Oregon, PNW
Waiting on spore prints now. Here's the photos thus far!

This completely rules out cyanopus! Most Conocybes are toxic. Your mushrooms look like Galerina to me, check for a pellicule.

I found no a pellicule. I also looked through pictures of Galerina and these have more of a curve than all of the photos I've looked at. Also they bruise blue at the base when mycellium is present right? There isn't any on mine so I'm not sure if that's reliable... IDK.

I'll go pick a few more and look for any bluing at the base. Ty.

The bottoms, tops and sides look like these. Any TI's about? 'd really like to figure out what these are. They look way too familiar to those referenced above. -.-

I'm leaning towards Conocybe, but i'm not sure its not Galerina, checking the pileipellis structure would make this easy... Its not Pholiotina cyanopus, you probably need thorough microscopy to make a good attempt at iding this.

Yeah. It's best to be on the safe side with these. I don't currently see any bluing on the more bulbous stems either... Without the proper equipment to view the spores, I guess I should just toss em. D-: It's just really irritating that these look almost identical to all the photos of C. Cyans.
At least i'm having FUNgus...

Its really important view the caulocystidia on the stem for Conocybe to determine which Conocybe key you want to use. Looking at the pileipellis structure and cheilocystidia on the gill edge could help a lot with confirming genus. After that spore sizes & sometimes basidia, paraphyses, and ammonia reactions can help determine species. Still, the Conocybe keys are not intended for your area and already difficult to navigate....

There are over 200 Conocybe species, some of which are deadly. These show no bluing, and therefore do not look almost identical to the four or so psychedelic species in the genus.

Hmmmmmm... Let me show you something, these are the photos I took of the species I found:

Annddddd, here's the pictures contained on the "official" identification page for Conocybe cyanopus:

Notice how all these photos show no visible, obvious signs of bluing? I'd also like to point out how similar they look (my camera flash made the colors of the two a bit off, but I assure you they were both the same shade of caramel.) I'm not trying to cause any problems over this but I think you're going a bit far stating they "therefore do not look almost identical to the four or so psychedelic species in the genus."
I'm not very versed in mushroom identification, but I can notice similarities between photos...
Anyway, thank you all for the help. I'll be staying away from Conocybes in general from now on. They don't appear to be worth the effort and/or risk. Plus there's soooo many better mushies out there

There is clear oxidation in the middle picture, of the official thread. Yours show none, I would not toy with this Sp.

Amen to that. I meant it when I said there's better mushrooms out here.

Yea, a lot of Conocybe species kind of look like that.

I've noticed that! Good to know too. Eventually I'll be able to recognize everything if I keep up with researching/IDing, at least that's the plan. If there were more money/openings in mycology I'd switch my major away from Electrical Engineering. I've only had three real major passions in life: Robotics, Mycology and Boxing.
Regardless of getting a major in bio/mycology I'm still gonna learn as much as I can as a hobby

I don't think I understand what a "farinaceous" smell is like. It can't really be like flour, because flour barely has a smell. Is there something common I could use as a reference? When I was learning about Agaricus, I had the same problem with "phenolic": "I don't have any phenol in my house. How do I know what it smells like?" "Phenol smells like the ink of a cheap ballpoint pen." "Ah, now that's information I can use."

They have a very strong chemical smell, they don't smell fungus per-say but more like household cleaners. I'm having a hard time describing it. Once you smell it it's a really hard thing to forget. Have you ever smelled Psilocybe cubensis?

No, and in my area I am not likely to. Does the whole genus smell the same?
