Habitat: Shrub area covered in bark, also covered by a thin layer of leaf litter. Specimens were growing close together, but still separate.
Cap: Dark caramel colored, undulating, and semi-translucent striated margins. Hygrophanous.
Gills: Attachment adnate, close to subdistant spacing.
Stem: White, readily bruising blue. Somewhat fibrous, easily breaking. Faint veil reminisce, or none at all.
