okk so there is a rumor that someone spread sub spores in a towns pine plantation close to me in the late 90's over the years it has become popular because of online hype and the police always set up road blocks ect, with a population of 400 its an easy place to spot hunters. my question is how fast do spores spread naturally can i expect to see something at another pine plantation down wind? and if so how far could it of spread over 10 yeaars?
thanks in advance

Find your own, get some spores from them and spread them to another pine plantation your self! Spread them to every pine plantation, and every woodchip bed. Get your own woodchips, and put them in their if you cannot find a good place to put them. Do what you have to. Chances are they will be in a lot of habitats similar to the one you are aware of already.

Believe it or not, it's entirely possible that nobody's ever addressed this in a major study.

Hmm yeah I thought it might be like that, am I right to make an assumption that cars and shoes along with wind and animals, that spores have spread to majority of pine plantations within at leist a 50km radius?

Assuming a sustained reproductive population for the duration, producing plenty of spores, then between human and animal traffic and wind, yes that is a reasonably fair assumption.
That's a whole lot of 'if', and even that doesn't mean they would have been establishing viable clonies in those areas. Two spores drifting to a point a mile apart from one another do not do eachother any good.

I have watched a patch of P. cyanescens make small satellite colonies over a mile in the past 3 years. In fact it was a couple of satellite patches that led me to their mother.
They are only theoretically from the same genetics. The lay of the land and the way the wind typically blows across it gave me the assumption.
