You could try a pull up bar but if you can't do a single pull up yet it might be a bit tricky to get into it at first but not impossible.

There's always fitness programs like insanity and p90x, you could try downloading one of those for free, but they could be tricky to break into at first.

Walking is a good choice as is biking, but remember, for cardio like that you should try to get some sort of music player and fill it up with music to keep yourself entertained when you're out. Believe me, biking for an hour is worth the 500+ calorie burn, but it's nearly impossible when you're bored and alone. Try to find a workout buddy, get a music collection onto your phone or music player, or maybe even try one of those mobile audiobook things. Silence and boredom are probably your worst enemies when it comes to cardio.

Also, start counting calories, figure out how much you need to maintain your weight and make sure not to eat more than that, ideally shoot for around 500 under but you could try more or less.

There is no humanly possible way to oppose such precipitous weight gain through working out! You must be consuming unbelievable calories? Ever see how long you need to exercise to burn off a single chocolate bar?

People think losing weight is some impossible task that they could never do, that's a load of shit. Follow a somewhat decent diet do an 1-2 hours of medium cardio/lifting every day and you'll shed that shit of like it's nothing

What is your total weight?

Of course pushups and crunches. Planks.

Technically you can almost do every essential movement from most houses, assuming you have sturdy doors and some random items.

You can do close grip rows off of a sturdy door. You hold onto both side of the nob and pull yourself into the door while keeping your entire body tight and postured. Bed your legs if you have to depending on how tall you hare. Find a good angle.

Your can do hammer curls with detergent bottles filled up with water.

Get a hand squeeze.

Learn how to deadlift correctly and lift items off the ground repeatedly.

set up a circuit and turn it into crossfit!

There are so many possibilities.

Oh, and as for changing your diet, dramatically cut sugars. Believe me, staying under 2000 (or whatever your ideal amount of) calories is SO much easier when you're only eating 100 or so from sugar and not 500+ from sugar.

Sugar is addictive and if you eat a high-sugar diet it can be very difficult to reduce calories.

Yes, the biggest thing you can do is cut out sugar, no soda and NO fruit juices. Water, water water, and try to get a gallon a day. Also, if you want sweetner, buy some agave syrup shits dank and can be used to sweeten up anything. Also, I cut out anything fatty, no milk, eat nothing but lean meats. Turkey burger replaced hamburger etc

This. If you can go to the gym do it. The nancy boy crossfit crowd never compairs to the people who follow a lifting regimen and cardio regimen. 45 minutes of lifting and 30 of cardio with a clean diet and protein supplementation will work wonders man. I was 235 bitch tits and all my freshman year. Played football and our coach had us on a strict power lifting regimen and dropped to 185. Now im 221 13 percent body fat and easily bench over my body weight while still maintaining endurance through different cardio work outs mixed in throughout the week. Go to a gym man

While I would agree avoiding a high-fat diet if you may have one is key, I don't think you necessarily should restrict your fats TOO much (I.E. to 20g or less a day). 30g isn't too much.

Buy a kettlebell, all in 1 gym you can do at home. Will help build up your endurance and give you some good strength to go with it.

just try and do a split!!!

do pushups or jumpingjacks or whatever to warm your body up and get sweaty, and then STREEEEEEEEEEETCH your taint out as much as possible.

remember that you don't want to just leave your legs limply stretched out, you want to FLEX into the new stretched out position (it hurts more, but feels more rewarding afterwards)
