lol trucks are a little more durable than that. You'll be fine, just get some oil in there. If it makes weird sounds after that then take it to a damn mechanic.

A cold engine will regularly run for 15 secs or so without oil every morning. It does this while the oil pressure builds. That is why "Cold Starts" are responsible for %90 of engine wear.
Put some oil in, it should be fine.

Just don't do it again.

I've seen a little 4 banger Honda run without oil for a solid 3 minutes before the internals started audibly grinding. You're probably fine.
I always let the bolt fall into the oil pan and have a magnetic tool to lift it out with. Simplifies things a lot.

Yeah the oil pan has this removable grill that I thought it would fall and catch on but it managed to just fall under the skid plate. Just stupid to start it up.
Magnet is a good idea, next time I'll just hold onto it and spill oil if thats just the way it has to be.

I doubt it did any serious damage if all you did was start and back up a few feet from a cold start. Now running an engine hard for an extended period without oil, that will fuck shit up hard. It'll be fine, just don't do it again.

Mechanic here, you will be fine. There is still enough lubrication in the engine with the sump plug out to run for a very short amount of time without damage... Short being a few seconds
