Is hpoo supposed to look like this?

My first grow ever with hpoo/verm and WBS. What is the brownish shit? It looks like just the straw from the hpoo, except not colonizing as much, or something. Is it bacteria? Mold? Or nothing at all? I just put the tub into fruiting today so idk what will happen.
This is my 2nd monotub actually, the first one I tried doing no-holes but I put the lightbulb inside the box (because opaque) and it couldn't hold humidity. So I drilled holes in the box you see above, put saran wrap over the top and hung the bulb above it all. Here's the first one I did which dried out:

As you can see there were either a lot of metabolites, or bacteria, possibly the latter because water seemed to be standing on the surface a lot. I threw out the tub. There's also a little sprout starting, dunno what the hell that is, could be from one of the split germinated seeds? There's a couple of these "plants" in my 2nd tub now as well but idk what it could mean.
Idk what kinds of contamination these might be, the section on common contams in the contamination category is scant of useful pictures.

dude, everything looks amazing. great job man, how did you go about pasteurizing the poo? also, dont throw out the tub over a small little pool of metabolites! i have gotten AMAZING results with more pools than that! just soak up the pools with a towel, and you're SET.

Haha thanks. What could the brownish parts be? Is it overlay? And yeah you're probably right, maybe I shouldn't have thrown that out lol. But it was looking like a big plastic shrinkwrapped dry mycelium cake so I figured it was probably done for. Thanks for the advice though, I'll keep that in mind for the next one.
For the hpoo I shredded & pillowcased it, and put it in boiling water in my PC for the first tub. My failure to pay attention resulted in it hitting ~200F a couple times, which is why I thought that 3rd pic must have been some weird bacteria.
Anyway it lent a nice ripe smell in my PC so not doing that again, now I just heat water to 170 and pour it in the monotub with the dry poo, add more 170F water an hour later, leave it out to dry. I'm trying to keep it simple & efficient.

that's how it's supposed to look. also, the brown is just the substrate more than likely 200 is a lot... but i dont work with poo. on poo, youre supposed to hit 160 for long periods of time for full pasteurization.

Seeds should not survive the pasteurization process. How did you pasteurize your manure?

Lol, i just noticed the sprout. i have had that happen to me with coir, its no big deal, though it shouldnt be there. you should pasteurize for longer me thinks.

Well wouldja look at that. Pins, pins everywhere. Looks like there's one monster in the making in the lower right there, as well as a bunch of smaller ones that popped up yesterday, and it looks like a million other tiny primordia that you might not be able to see. If those turn into fruits then holy hell this is gonna be one mother of a harvest.
All in all couldn't be happier with my first grow despite that first tub being tossed out, perhaps prematurely.

Thanks, I'll have to brush up my pasteurizing technique.
Will update if I get a crazy canopy, if anyone's interested.

ok man, you see those spots of pooling metabolites? soak that up with a paper towel. that is a breeding ground for bacteria. be gentle and be careful
