Help Identifying Amarita found in Tillamook, OR

Habitat:
Found in the woods in a campground (cap disconnected from stem as "Mario" had apparently been there)on the coast in Tillamook, OR

Gills:
White gills, hymenium is free

Stem:
Solid, ringed stipe

Cap:
flat to convex on mature

Spore print color:
White

Bruising:
no bruising

Other information:
Warts are yellow

I wouldn't say its muscaria but it sounds like an amanita of some sort.

I'll guess A. muscaria var. flavivolvata.  Does the volva consist of concentric rings?  I can't quite see that level of detail in your photos.

Yes, there were concentric rings on the volva.  What do you think of the yellow warts?  They were growing in shade.

There's a page on the A. muscaria varieties on the shroomery somewhere (sorry, don't have the link).  It says that yellow warts are consistent with the flavivolvata variety.
