Buying BTC?

I thought it was as easy as signing up for a BTC website and buying a moneypak card from CVS.
However, I just tried signing up to mtgox and apparently they require photo ID or something to validate yourself for deposits and withdrawals.
What should I do?

I have been checking out bitquick. It seems simple to use, you have to face to face with a bank teller but its business as usual for them. The coins are slightly more expensive I noticed and I think they have other ways to pay as well.

I literally already have that open in my next tab. I just can't make any sense of it.
Anybody with experience? What's the single most reliable way to buy some anonymously without using my ID, CC's, walking into a bank, etc...?

I'm pretty sure most, if not all places, make you show some kind of ID. Here's the place I use https://www.btcquick.com/beta/

I forgot how but I just set it up so I could move coins straight from my bank account. I think it was Coinbase.
I wouldn't even bother buying BitCoins any more. The price is through the fucking roof.

I don't feel good about providing any ID or linking it to myself when I intend to spend it on

Just use a coin tumbler. If you can find a drop in price and get your coins instantly with a bank account it is worth the small commission they will take.
