Question about PF Block Tek

I've been preparing some agar -> Lc of Albino A+ strain and I'm thinking of just fruiting PF Block Tek's style, http://www.shroomery.org/11388/PF-Block-Tek
Why not monotub? I had bad experiences..... Okay so, My question is, what is in the substrate? He says: Vermiculite Grain Flour Gypsum Spend Coffee Grounds
is that all? it so simple its too good to be true. I just want to fruit it like it is in the tek...Block and putting it on top of some perl.
Originally I was going to fruit wbs-block-style but somewhere it said that it won't fruit.

from what ive seen they tend to dry out fairly fast in sgfc's and maybe a roll in verm may help.

Obviusly you have pressure cooker since you're making agar and LC.
1) I would skip the LC and just do agar as your inoculate. 2) how do you use agar with a PF brick? Don't bother with the PF brick 3) use grain spawn since you have PC it's just as hard to setup as PF jars. 4) take a look at my signature if you're interested in doing blocks in a SGFC. 5) you could use PF cakes as spawn to coir+verm and make a block like I did, but I still suggest using grains as spawn rather than crumbled cakes any day.

I answer questions based on your numbers
1)I have like 2cc of spores left I'm trying to save so I will do agar for sure. 3)yeah, I have a good PC that works well, But it does not fit jars because it is kinda small so I bought large filtered bags so It can fit. 4)I am, but kinda confused because I used to reading teks but I will bump with questions 5)I have about a bag of coir and verm ready to be used, I rather try a block in a SGFC.
