Found these yesterday harvested them today. Who can tell me from experience what they taste like or easy preparation methods!

They have a light flavor I find goes good with eggs Sketch. When I find them they almost always end up in an omelet.
Slice and saute them up with some salt and butter and then have a taste alone to see what you think. Those look delicious!

They spore printed all over the lower ones on tje shelf. White so its definite in my head they are indeed Flammulina velutipes

TY very mush Lhun it was you who confirmed they were wild Enoki I remember now. Im out of eggs but that sounds great. I will cook a few in the skillet in butter and salt them and try. They do look good dont they lol. Smell good i know that.

They taste pretty good. Bit slimy texture but overall pleasant. I could see eating a bunch of these sauteed in butter and garlic
