I.D please (noob)

habitat: grassy playing field - growing, not amongst, but close to various other species of mushroom. approx 7 different species of all sizes and colours.

gills: to my eye, it seems a chocolate brown. they are well tucked inside the cap.

stem: dirty white - two hours after picking they seem dirtier and have a very slight blue/green mold colour at the base. standard plant stem (slightly moist) when picked, almost straw like two hours after.

cap: liberty cap shape . tucked in at the bottom. orange nipple on top. brown, with slight black vertical lines, moist and sticky to the touch when picked. after two hours the cap has started to dry and the brown is turning to a yellow/white/creamy colour. the bottom of the cap is dark brown/black. the nipple remains orange.

spore print: i have done a brief spore print (two hour long) previously and it was a faint dark brown (from what i could make out).

bruising: n/a

location: yorkshire, uk.

i must add, this is the first time i have picked any kind of mushroom and after extensive research, im 95% sure they are liberty caps but i have some questions for the more experienced.

1. scaled to the pencil in the photo, are they typically that small?
2. i picked a few of the same species a week before and had them drying in a paper envelope. the dry mushrooms you see at the bottom left of the pictures is the result. they have dryed to around half of their original size and the stems have become black and almost hair line. is this normal for dryed liberty caps?
3. with the pictures and the info given, are these believed to be fit for consumption? (obviously minus the expected effects)

the first picture is 15 min after picking. the second, two hours after.

p.s sorry for the quality of the pics.
