Small mushroom on a willow

This one was on a willow log found in a ditch next to the house.no print either .I have so many various fungi on our property i cant print them all and keep track  ....10 different species just in our mowing area alone haven't even counted the ones out back yet.

I was thinking Pholiota as well. A spore print could confirm.

Looks to me like one of those Oudmansiella/Xerula species. Something in that family at least.
