weird mutant reishi

The colors were even crazier than in the pictures. They were almost iridescent.
Found growing from an oak, directly under the george washington bridge.

Ganoderma tsugae commonly has iridescent-like bluish tints to it, though tsugae typically prefer conifer wood.

I'm pretty sure it is a pollution thing.
They are literally being rained on by whatever drips off of the bridge (the most heavily trafficked bridge in the world)
I find lots of what I assume to be G.Lucidum on the same type of oak trees in the woods.
Here are some from a cleaner part of town.

They appear to be G. lucidum to my eyes.
