Birth 3 days early or 8 days late? PF

Just as the title says, do you believe it would be better to birth/dunk/roll 3 days before consolidation (4 days after full colonization) or wait until 8 days after consolidation (15 days after full colonization)?
Some cakes have fully colonized, but I will be out of town for a week during the time they should be birthed/dunked/rolled. Is it best to leave them for an extra week or birth them a few days early?

I'd birth them early. Its tough to get them out if they have a bunch of invitro pins.
If you don't have anyone to mist or fan though, you might have no choice but to leave them.

Thanks for the advice. That's been my instinct so far. I don't want to damage anything in the rinse, etc.
My edit didn't seem to take: FAE/misting is taken care of.

Sounds like there may be no clear answer. Several different scenarios which all sound like they have merit.
I'm thinking I may just remove them from the incubator and leave them at a cool temp until ready. Probably a good idea to keep them in the dark if I'm doing the dunk/roll, right?
I guess that leads me to a question... Does rinse/dunk/roll not damage pins?
