Strange MS germination after Two Weeks?

Hello People! Really strange question for you,
About two weeks ago, I inoculated some popcorn jars with some MS solution from a board sponsor. I prepped 12 1L jars, 6 with 1 strain of genetics and 6 with another. The first 6 all went very bad due to trich, bacteria etc. My control jar (I always sterilize an extra jar to make sure it wasn't my technique) is still organism free.
Now, the other 6... Did something strange. I got some good growth in 4 of the jars. Two more had limited but acceptable germination at multiple innoc spots.
They were all progressing slowly, so I placed them in a sealed, elevated Co2, high humidity environment, suspecting that they may have been too exposed to the elements in a large closet.
Then something strange happened. The jars developed "spotting" about 24hrs after being in the tub (basically an incubator with a bit of extra c02, with the heat off.
I've uploaded two pics of this phenomenon. You can see it better in the second picture.
Did the high humidity environment suddenly coax a whole bunch of dormant spores to germinate? Keep in mind, this myc (hopefully) spotting cropped up 15 days after inoculation...

Cheers!

In the second pic you can see a whole bunch of white fluffy dots, about the size of a pin head, colonizing many of the popcorn kernels.
And, well, before you knock the whole humidity tub idea, in the past this treatment has drastically increased colonization of slow growing mycelium on popcorn.
I'd say it made SOMETHING grow this round. Worried it's not mushroom myc.

Did you shake them? How much spore water did you put in?

I did not shake the jars.
And about 1cc of solution, sprayed in multiple directions down the side of the glass in 0.3cc bursts.

That's weird all them little spots starting if you r needle wasn't misting lol I would think it was contams but just give it a Few days in isolation. If it covers every thing in the next 48 hours it's a contam soon to reveal a funky color.
Or cobweb either way You will know in a short time
Just my opinion though and I'm a newb

Yeah, I'm starting to think something strange is up...
Possibly contams, considering the entire batch prepared by the other syringe became contammed.
My sterile test jar is still perfectly empty of any colonization.
Anyone else have any opinions?

looks contaminated. But, wait and see.
Normally, I would immediately say "popcorn sucks", but your control jar is not contaminated....yet.
That leaves either your inoculation technique or your spores.
Learn agar to figure this one out.
But, popcorn still sucks.

Yeah, I don't like popcorn compared to, say, WBS. Can't find any suitable substrates right now... And popcorn, with a proper coir casing has always done me well in the past. Well enough for my needs right now at least.
I'm starting to think I may have cultivated a massive jar of predatory mold. My inoculation technique was good. Flame sterilized needle between each jar.
Actually on second glance (about 12 hours later) it looks like a massive jar of aspergillus.

I've done agar work before. I just don't have a sterile environment to do it in currently.

It's definitely not bacteria - it's simply gummed up starch from the inside of the kernel.
But it's certainly not mushroom mycelia.

I took a swab of one of the jars to Agar.
Pitched them all. Not worth it. None of them smelled at all like healthy button mushrooms when I opened the jars.
That's 2 contaminated syringes from Ralphsters - who I just noticed is no longer a board sponsor... And was when I ordered the genetics!
Strange.
On the plus side, I finally found organic Rye berries for 1.35$ a pound locally!
