In my signature when I made the image transparent it got all those white patches around it and I don't know how to get rid of them anyone know how to?

Just zoom in and fill it in with black.

Since you have PS you can select the color range. Once selected you can fill it black or delete it.

Magic wand around it, then feather the selection, invert the selection and cut out the rest of it...it will blend the image with the transparency, thats the fastest way i can think of anyway.

Edit: I don't know how well this would work for your particular situation now that I look at it again...You could get it to work with some playing with....depends how well you know your way around photoshop.

The thing about this is that you may select things you don't want to change.

Ctrl-click the image in your layers panel, this will select all of the pixels in your image while leaving the background unselected. Click Select>Modify>Contract contract by one or two pixels. Press ctrl-I, this will invert the selection leaving only the empty background and a thin line of pixels around your image. Press delete. You have now deleted the one-two pixel border around your image leaving you with no distracting white pixels.
