Looks like Lactarius deliciosus, or one of the similar species.

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it. If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.

I'm in western Washington found it in a wooded park. Under some bushes. The appeared usually one or two at a time. Not in rings

Well, they're surely in the L. deliciosus group. If you find any which are much fresher than that they are worth cooking up and eating for food to many of us. Some don't find them good enough to bother.
I can't tell if that one's in bad shape, but it kind of looks like it. you can tell if it seems mushy, or is riddled with the holes of fungus gnats.

Many consider L. deliciousus to be incorrectly spelled.

Thank you! So even with all the bluing, it's not a psychoactive mushroom?

That's crazy how blue that pin was! But yes, I agree with Canid.

Correct. Not that type of mushroom, and it tastes pretty weird too.

Thanks so much for your help! It's just fun to go find mushrooms and I have a very limited knowledge as of yet but I've ordered some field guides to help with identifying. Thanks again. Makes the trek all worth it
