It's got purple on the stem when broken.  is it poison?

Some Cortinarius are deadly. Best to stay away from them.

Are any of them hallucinogens?  Do you have a pic of what mine could be? Also, I live in Washington pnw. What's the best to look for in this area? I'm new to this. Thanks for your help!
