"Just Add Water" Kits

I have searched around the forums for information on these kits and can only find results relating to standard grow kits. I'm only looking to do a one off grow at the moment which'll probably be B Cubensis. After a bit of searching around I've come across some grow kits which claim 400-600g yields and 500-1000g yields through their 2 types of kit, which, in a nut shell, are a box full of the appropriate feed with the spores already injected in, in a laboratory, the generalised procedure is fill with water for no less that 12 hours and no more than 24 hours, drain and the leave at the correct temperature for a couple of weeks, harvest and repeat until no feed is left. I can't find any reviews of these kits either and their a lot cheaper than buying all the gear. How reliable are they? What're people's experience of these kits? and is what they're advertising remotely realistic?

They work but for the price they sell it you could make 100 times more shrooms. The yield of the box is about 40-60g dry if it flushes 3 times

so by a means of investment in order to afford all the proper kit it is worth paying £37 for the kit?

You can grow shrooms from scratch. If you have a pressure cooker and some jars you can do it yourself. Just a little bit of research. It is fun to grow them and watch them developing. £37 is not a huge investment for the kit but the materials in that kit worth about 20p. If you decide to buy the kit You'll have a couple of nice flushes and you don't have to worry about contamination and do all the hassle and sterile work. Don't forget to take sporeprints or make clones for future projects.

Pftek to sgfc. If you're lazy you can buy premixed substrate. That's what I did the first time, but they seem to go slow and have messed up moisture content compared to jars you do yourself.

thank you for the responses they've been a great help, does anyone have any recommendations for mass cultivation, I wouldn't mind a regular yield of 500-1000g dried, and also, any liberty cap teks, being the specific variety I would like this is mostly compromise, if they can be grown through pf tek that'd save a lot of hassle.

I wouldn't mind a blowjob from Scarlett Johannson and a 50 million lottery jackpot. Anyone have a tek for that?
