Lighting for Trichocereus cacti?

This is harder than I thought to find, but I was just wondering what kind of light to use for my various Trichocereus (Pachanoi, Bridgesii and Peruvianus) indoors? Seems most people just grow them outdoors and make them go dormant in the Winter, which is what I've been doing but they're slow and I want to keep them going year-round.
I've seen people using mostly CFLs in the high Kelvin range (6500K or above), but that's just for seedlings. Mine are at least 2 years old and are used to direct sun for about half the day. This would be pretty ideal, as the wiring in my house really sucks and I can't run any kind of HID without risk of fire.

Greenhouse or hibernation are the most viable solutions.

In my mind you should keep them dormancy over winter if you cannot provide great light them indoors for growing.
Fluoro and most light tek what are easily and cheap available will not provide so strong light what allow your cactus plant to grow as fat and firm than cactus grown in sun over summer.
Fluoro's are good for dormant cactus to give some light cause they don't warm much. If you can get place where is ~ +10C temperature and fluoro light with timer, it's good dormant place for trichocereus over winter. They can do however dormant season in dark also if your temperature is low and you don't water the plant at all over winter.
If you want as good grow as sun can possible offer for columns, you need strong professional HPS and MH plant light bulbs with good air circulation to create indoor environment for cactus you want it to grow as big as possible. Cannabis growers use these lights and similar environment what are used for cannabis growing indoors are probably good for san pedro also to make sure cacti doesn't etiolate bad.
There should be lots of light power to get good growth.. These light bulbs can burn easy cactus tip if they are too close, also they consume electricity and generate heat so easier way in my mind are just let cactus dormant over winter and give it growing season outdoors at summer.
I have to use these lights for all plant but also for trichocereus and few other species to imitate fall and spring time cause I have very short period of time possible to keep plants in greenhouse.
Sun from window and HPS+MH light above are strong enough for trichocereus to make them grow pretty well. There is picture from light I use for cactus and chili over winter:

After newyear eve I start short dormant dry period for cacti and I will drop light cycle down to 8-10hour per day. Without water even trichocereus receive light, they don't grow and stay stunted when dehydration last longer.
I use fluoro only for small seedlings, adult plants grow etiolated with poor scattering light fluro bulbs generate. Even human eye feel they are strong light, there is no possibility to get fat san pedro with fluoro bulbs, it's just a waste of power using wrong type of lights even fluoros are way more cheaper than HPS/MH bulbs.
