Not eating

Does anybody else forget to eat?
I used to eat and body build all the time; now I just study and study and study and realize that I forgot to eat lunch or breakfast. Yesterday I spent 9 hours doing school work and then suddenly when I felt dizzy and my stomach was practically screaming at me I went downstairs to fucking nuke some unhealthy chicken nuggets.
I am having a hard time adjusting to the volume of school work verses the time it takes to eat and cook. I WISH I had time to make course meals!
Anybody else out there feel like this? Too busy for their own good.
Any tips?

Nope, I never FORGET to eat. I always know when it's time to eat. I don't even need to think about it. I have a very good sense of time, and when 3 hours goes by I know in my gut that it's time to eat, plus my belly is grumbling as well haha.
Just set your phone to go off every 2-4 hours, that way you wont forget .

Just make an eating schedule & stick to it. I never forget to eat, but I am a bit of a glutton.

Hunger is a mind thing.
Think of people who can fast for 15-30 days.
No worries!
As long as you are not already bone and skin; you'll be fine!
Just make sure before you do it; you get everything you neeed!
If this is a weekly thing; at least make sure you get what you need!
Otherwise; you're truely starving yourself.
I personally do not believe in having to have a "breakfast" - "dinner" - "supper".
I just eat when it feels good; and I crave what I want.
I feel great.

School is about the worst thing for my eating habits, no shit.
The huge workload, the irregular hours when combined with a job, not being home at all on some days, etc.

This is different for everyone based on their overall health goals, weight loss/weight gain goals, energy goals.....etc
If you are trying to maintain a good healthy lifestyle, you should most definitely eat breakfast. Even a small glass of milk, water, and some fruit.
You may feel good, but you can feel better IMO
I can function fine eating around one meal through the day. I can function fine on not eating for a couple of days. I can function fine on eating 8 meals a day.....but the best I ever feel is when I separate three decent course meals, with two little snacks to keep me going, with a lot of water through out the day. If I exercise on top of that, I'm unstoppable....but honestly to each their own. I know people who rarely eat anything but fast food and are cut up monsters and function without any issues at all.

Grimtroll,
You do have a point. After all, this is not Utopia!

I'm studying music
It sounds like a bit of a joke to some people but believe me the work involved is heavy.
How about yourself?

I graduated with a BFA with a concentration in graphic design. I am not returned for a BS in psychology.
I understand how involved music is. People laughed at me when I told them I was an art major. Little did they realize the volume of work and the expectations of the teachers.
I play violin. Or... played until school started again. Now I spend my days reading into psychology and sociology.

Nice man, I think it's definitely better in the long run to study something that actually interests you. It's probably better short term as well
It's the whole institutionalised learning thing that I don't like. I spend a lot of time doing petty things that could be better enjoyed reading, socialising or playing some fucking music since that's what I'm there for anyway right?
If I wasn't studying music I would probably be doing psychology or sociology actually. Most likely sociology.
