Why is that the counties problem? Most the time there's somebody there when the kids get on the bus (In my experience)Quote:

Then a smart person would notice what time the school buses run and leave 10-15 minutes earlier so they don't get behind said bus.
You know school buses do follow a pretty reliable schedule.. My son's bus is almost always at the same spot within a 3 minute window.
It's your fault you're late for work, not the bus.
So I'm assuming you're home when your kids get on the bus? Why don't you take your kids to school?

You're assuming wrong. He does get driven to school. What does it matter whether I'm taking or picking him up from school anyways?

I don't even think it's worth trying to have this discussion with you.
Sometimes the people that the Shroomery attracts really entertain me. Where are you people in real life? Why don't I come across you in my daily routine?

OP is stupid.
I'm all for defying authority, but it has to be worth it.
You risked years in prison for what? Having to talk to a cop for 5 minutes and probably get a warning, but at the most like a $150 ticket.
Not to mention depending on how fast you were going you potentially put others lives at risk, as well as your own.
The reward has to outweight the risk, in this case it didn't, stupid decision OP.

Troll in what regard? what gives you that assumption? i'm trying to piece this all together right now.
I come to the the pub to tell a simple story that occurred and then get labeled a troll for reasons unknown to me.
This is one the reasons I try to and avoid the pub since all modes of discussion are met with skepticism and hostility

Understand your point. I've had enough LE encounters to want to avoid this one when I realized the opportunity arised. They love to harass me. This time, it was a big fuck you to them.
Will I ever do it again? not a chance. I got off lucky this time, no doubt.
Further, given the time of day, there was virtually no other cars on the road and that's not even an exaggeration. Had it been mid-day when traffic is bustling, I would of never made that move. Not a chance.

You say that you flew past a stopped schoolbus with it's sign extended in the "pitch black". For that, you are an asshole, cops or no.

That, but not that alone.
-------------------- You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity. What one person receives without working for another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for that my dear friend is the beginning of the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it. ~ Adrian Rogers

Bullshit, you'll do it again and you know it, once you get away with something like that the chance of being a repeat offender is high.
You'll think "well I got away with it last time, here goes nothing" vroom vroom vroom, "oh shit a litlle kid in the road and I can't stop in time" "splat" *blood, guts, & body parts go flying all over*.
Then op gets arrested for vehicular homicide & fleeing and alluding and spends 30 years in prison and finally learns his lesson, but he feels bad about killing the little girl and can't get the image of that (as well as big black guys fucking him in the ass) out of his head, so he spiral into depression and starts IVing heroin because it's the only joy he can experience in life, one week later OP overdoses and dies.

Damn homie, wild imagination you got there. But nah, not gonna happen again. Too much risk involved, it was fun though thats for sure.
But if I do ever get into a pursuit again, it will look something like this:
