Questions About an Automated Fruiting Chamber

I've been hatching an idea for a small scale stealth martha for cakes and small trays. I figured a good thing to do would be to build a wooden cabinet perhaps 18 inches tall and 2 feet wide. Something simple and won't take up obvious space. Im getting creative here.
Okay, so these are things on my mind before I get started; -Ultrasonic fogger or a cool mist humidifier? -Can I find sizable moisture safe light fixtures? -What should I do for the racks I would like to place inside? And where do I find them? Should I weld my own?
I do plan on lining/painting everything interior to be moisture prof and also doing whatever I find necessary to build a fit chamber.
Any suggestions are very welcome.

Don't use wood, use PVC or painted stainless steel. PVC would be cheaper and do exactly what you need.
I've never built one, so I'm not sure about the racks, but I imagine you could get creative with the PVC and window screen and make something workable.

These are the TEKs I use. They're all as cheap and easy as possible, just like your mom.

I've done something similar. It's more work than it's worth... unless you enjoy the work!
-Ultrasonic fogger or a cool mist humidifier?
Depends on the size of the space and its ventilation characteristics. Start with a cool mist, and try a test run. You'll know pretty soon whether you can keep a reasonable Rh.
-Can I find sizable moisture safe light fixtures?
Of course. I used LEDs, which generate just enough heat to keep themselves and their surroundings dry, and are naturally pretty water-resistant. Be very careful with wiring (use shrink tubing on all connections), and make sure you use a fused circuit. Position the wires, bulbs, and all connections away from flammable materials. However, the easist option os to reconsider your design and find a way to put the lights outside the chamber, using some transparent areas to transmit the light. I used an acrylic sheet for the top.
-Racks
There's a great method that uses two parrallel, horizontal rods. You just stretch that orange fencing plastic between them. This stuff: https://www.google.ca/search?q=orange+plastic+fence+mesh
Other Thoughts:
Water is going to drip down the sides. Have you thought about drainage?
Is there a source of fresh air for fresh air exchange?
Will the lights generate heat in the interior of the chamber? How will you keep the chamber in the right temperature band?
