Long story short:
Wake up around 5:30-6AM to head to the local gas station to get some rillos and get my wake and bake on. On the way there I see a fucking school bus on the opposite direction with the stop sign thing up with no kids coming out or in, so I said fuck it and drove by it.
Little did I know a cop was right behind it hidden in the darkness, and puts its sirens on to pull me over, I said fuck it not going to waste my time. the cop makes a u-turn to go after me, i have an upgraded audi so i down-shift going full throttle make perfect turn into an apex see red, white and blue lights behind me in the distance, utilize my ecu chip and put it in race-mode when the cop lost sight of me I hide in a warehouse to blend among other cars, turned off my lights and waited 20 minutes for my star meter to go down hahaha(too much GTA)
Fucking pig never found me and all I can say now is FUCK THE POLICE. I'm sure I pissed off that motherfucker haha anyway just thought i'd share lol

Only that one cop saw me and a school bus, nobody else was around.
Funny things is when I left the gas station, I saw the same fucking pig still searching for me

I feel you, man.
There's this shortbus that stops in my neighborhood a few houses down when I leave in the morning. It takes them literally five minutes just to get the two kids inside, and then another two or three for the mom to chat with the driver. I usually just drive past them, and they look at me like I just shot someone.
I swear, school buses are made just to piss people off.

Props to you buddy, I am indeed 20.
However, it was pitch black out I'm sure given the distance the dashcam was from me, he didn't catch shit other than the model of my vehicle. Not losing sleep over it, that's for sure ha

Nope, well over any age limit, except maybe senior citizen discounts and AARP membership... fuck school bus stop signs, them bitches are annoying as hell. Unfortunately around these parts they've installed cameras on the buses themselves to help catch people who don't stop for them. I used to avoid leaving my former residence at certain times due to the sheer number of school buses in the neighborhood.

Not close at all. I was heading one way, him the other. As soon as he saw me run the school-bus stop sign, he put on his siren lights and prepared to make a u-turn to pursue me, that's when I went full throttle leaving him in my dust haha

If the cop was making a u turn to come get him when he first ran, I'd say he got enough distance inbetween them that the cop didn't get a chance to see his license plate etc, etc. Probably gonna get away on this one.
But it wasn't worth running in this situation, you put yourself and others at a lot of risk when doing so.

I don't think most kids realize that when and if they hit someone or something with their car in real life it actually does damage, most are stuck in the video game mode 24-7.

Perhaps you both reside in states/provinces that require multiple license places. Many, if not most states, only require rear license plates making it all the more unlikely any dashcam actually caught a picture of OP's license plate.

I'll give you a little story OP
When I was in high school I got into a lot of wrecks, most just little bumps.
My friend asked me to go tour a college with him one weekend, it was about a 7 hour drive. About 30 mins into the trip I'm distracted by talking to him in the backseat (this whore he brought was sitting shotgun) and I don't notice that traffic is completely stopped ahead on the highway. I ram into the back of a van going probably about 45-55mph since I had slammed the breaks. Anyways the next week my car was getting fixed and I was driving my dads truck to school and back until I got mine back.
Off campus at lunch getting food, and I bump into a parked car in a parking lot. My music was really loud and I wasn't 100% sure that I hit a car, I felt a very small bump and in my head I'm thinking 1) no fucking way am I dealing with this after wrecking my car and 2) I was only like 70% sure that I actually hit the car
So I drive off, finish school for the day and get home thinking I got away with it. About an hour after being home 3 cops show up at my house and I get several tickets for leaving the scene of an accident and such. Luckily the cool cops took pity on me knowing I was just a dumbass highschooler.
Gotta think about risk/reward, outrunning a cop for potentially getting a ticket driving passed a school bus is NOT worth it. And you could potentially hurt a child which makes it even worse. The cop could have given you a warning too, the majority of the time I get pulled over I get a warning.

You risked a felony charge just to shave a few minutes off your drive time (if that much).. That's pretty much the definition of stupid.

hmm well assuming no pedestrians or other commuters were around nor any children in the vicinity, I felt running the trivial stop sign was more than justified. Had I known a cop was hidden, I wouldn't of made the move. Good thing I left that piece of shit in my dust.

so you didn't know a cop was waiting to catch you doing stupid shit, but at the time you knew with absolute certainty that there wasn't anyone around for you to possibly hit. seems legit to me.

i'm anti-prohibition and i'm certainly no fan of the unprecedented amount of power the average street cop has now because of prohibitionary law. but we do need cops, especially ones to catch 20 year old asswipes tearing through residential neighborhoods in their audis on the way back from getting rillos for their morning wake-n-bake. fine life you're leading there champ.

Two things I have never associated in my mind are "public school" and "indoctrination".
I understand what you're getting at, but public schools can also be a wonderful way to meet a bunch of people who want nothing to do with authority or the shit being fed to them. Private schools, on the other hand, seem much more generally all about indoctrination. I understand there are schools out there that are all "free spirit" type stuff, I have some friends that went to very expensive private schools that were like that, but for the most part fuck private schools. What a waste of money and a public disservice.

Nah mate, quite the opposite. I added a bit more to my post. It's pretty cool that all you can do to refute people is attack them. We don't agree with you? We must love pigs. I don't agree with you? I must be brainwashed. No see I can actually form my own opinions and articulate them. You, on the other hand, seem completely incapable of even that simple skill. Don't blame your ineptness on the system, blame it on yourself.

Why the fuck would i post pics of my car when I just told you what happened. So LE can be on the lookout for the same model and color? I don't think so buddy
And yes, I'm old enough to be posting here. I have a few upgrades to my car and take it to the track regularly.

I don't understand the problem. I absolutely despise school buses and the laws involving them.
If you don't want your kids run over, then teach them to hurry to the bus (Or wake the fuck up and take your kids to school!) I shouldn't have to be late for work just because you're too lazy to take your kids to school.

I see school buses picking kids up that early every day. It's not uncommon.

Yes, it absolutely should be. You already have trouble making it to work on time, now imagine if you had a kid that you had to bring to school that starts at or around the same time your work starts.

OP is stupid.
I'm all for defying authority, but it has to be worth it.
You risked years in prison for what? Having to talk to a cop for 5 minutes and probably get a warning, but at the most like a $150 ticket.
Not to mention depending on how fast you were going you potentially put others lives at risk, as well as your own.
The reward has to outweight the risk, in this case it didn't, stupid decision OP.

Troll in what regard? what gives you that assumption? i'm trying to piece this all together right now.
I come to the the pub to tell a simple story that occurred and then get labeled a troll for reasons unknown to me.
This is one the reasons I try to and avoid the pub since all modes of discussion are met with skepticism and hostility

Bullshit, you'll do it again and you know it, once you get away with something like that the chance of being a repeat offender is high.
You'll think "well I got away with it last time, here goes nothing" vroom vroom vroom, "oh shit a litlle kid in the road and I can't stop in time" "splat" *blood, guts, & body parts go flying all over*.
Then op gets arrested for vehicular homicide & fleeing and alluding and spends 30 years in prison and finally learns his lesson, but he feels bad about killing the little girl and can't get the image of that (as well as big black guys fucking him in the ass) out of his head, so he spiral into depression and starts IVing heroin because it's the only joy he can experience in life, one week later OP overdoses and dies.

Yes it is 6spd manual, and audis are great cars. My last car was a 08 mini cooper S which was nice, and an 05 Mazda rx8 before that but the rotary engine gave nothing but problems. Don't hate on audi, they can make one hell of a turbo

I never said anything about respect. They are normal people like you and me. Are there asshole cops who abuse the badge, of course. Most cops are decent people, just watch a marathon of "Cops", some of the shit they have to put up with is ridiculous. I saw one the other day were this dude was trying to sell his kid for $10 worth of crack
This whole "Fuck the Police" thing is just retarded. Most people who say it are like OP.

QFT...
Not sure how this bus thing works, as passengers disembark onto the sidewalk here in Australia, so you're free to drive past. If pedestrians walk in front of the bus and onto the road, they're being silly and crossing dangerously (and pissing off the bus driver).
But if your bus situation is anything like our trams in Australia, intentionally driving past a stopped school bus is very stupid and dangerous. I can't stand seeing people drive past stopped trams - it's so easy to take someone out. To then evade the police is even more dumb, IMO.
*straddles high-horse*
If you'd have chalked it off to a lapse in judgement and counted yourself lucky to get away without hurting anyone, that'd be fair enough. But you've bragged about it, with "FUCK THE POLICE", which IMO confirms you're an immature driver with poor judgement, a bit of a dick, and (with your car history) more money than sense.
Grow up, dude...

as has been said, this isn't so much about "fuck the police" as it is about op acting like a dipshit. while i maintain my point that we do need cops, there are instances where "fuck the police" is an appropriate response because we do have some shitty public policies and we do have some awful people out there enforcing those policies. but all that's beside the point because under no circumstances is op's behavior acceptable.
op, i'm nearly twice your age, and i think it's fair to say that, judging from this thread alone, i have probably forgotten more than you've yet to learn. believe it or not, i would rather you not learn lessons the hard way like i did when i was your age, especially if those lessons come at the cost of your life, another's life or criminal charges that will haunt you into your dying days. i would surmise that the others posting in this thread are coming from a similar place. so in summation, nobody is impressed, and wise up before your behavior catches up with you in very unkind ways.

That is a horrible idea.
The US already has a privatized for-profit prison industry and it has only resulted in the highest incarceration rate of non-violent offenders, and rampant corruption to begin with.

no, that would not be a threat. it would be a fact, and i was speaking figuratively. if you don't change the way you're behaving, the universe is going to eventually break its foot off in your ass. beatings will pale in comparison to the circumstances you will find yourself in if you don't rethink your life and change course. don't believe me? just keep doing what you're doing.

Everyone is mad all mad at OP but I get that but I don't think he should be crucified for what he did, I mean he broke the law and got away and did something risky, yeah we all do it in our lives in some way if we think about it. As long as he sees that he's incredibly lucky and doesn't start repeating it which I don't think he'll do especially because a lot of people in this thread are right about a lot of the things they say and at the very least he will think about these things if the thought crossed his mind again. It's amazingly risky, you could kill someone annndd you could do serious time. Pretty much one and two on the list of things to do to fuck your life up. At the same time, eh, it worked out. Good job getting away but it won't happen next time, you better not do that shit you dumb fuck.

Haha yeah, not happening again.
Was a one time thing for sure. Always wanted to have the experience though and this is def the only time it will occur that resulted in a successful evasion. Not taking that risk again.
Thanks everyone for the feedback on my actions. Seems like there's a lot of older responsible members on this site that I can learn from other than a lot of assholes that frequent this site.

But damn am I surprised at the sheer amount of low ratings I got.
Oh well, not a big deal. At least the orginal post got 10 "+1's", that's always a good sign haha

I know alot of drivers who will leave there doors open early in the morning, maybe running to grab her bag after warming the bus up?
Could've been an empty bus, could've had a bunch of kids on it.
