I prepared my grains like i usually do. Making sure it is very dry before pcing. I even dried it with a hairdryer.
After i pcing they where so clumpy and looked wet. I don't really have time to start over. Should i?

Start over, If your grains are clumpy and to wet. It wil take weeks to colonise the jars. I always ad a spoon of gypsum to my soaking water. It prevents clumping

Not really having time to start over is gonna hurt you later, and only delay you further.
I say you keep a couple jars and inoculate them just as normal. Start over with everything else. If anything you'll get to see if they do just fine and know for next time that you can keep jars that might look a little too wet.
The problem with jars that are too wet is that water is in cahoots with gravity, so the water sits at the bottom of the jars and the bottom of the jars are therefore either slow to colonize or don't colonize at all.

I've read about doing this, but never have.
Here are a couple to get you started.

Nah man don't start over. Leave them sitting on the counter for a couple days. They'll dry out and be fine. I've run into this before and just left the jars sitting a couple days and they looked perfect. I nocced them up and all was well

Oh yeah and shake them a couple times a day while they're sitting. I know you guys are going to give me hell about this advice but get over it. It works. I've done it a few times

To be honest, they don't look really wet at all.. I think the problem may be because it looked like a bad batch of sorghum. It had a lot of broken seeds in it.
Do you think this is a serious problem?

Broken seeds spill starch and impede colonization. I'd start over and get it right. RR
