Has anyone ever tried to use buck wheat like this http://www.breworganic.com/organicadjunctgrains.aspx
I am gonna try, should I soak it and boil and drain like popcorn ? any ideas whould be great. I was also wondering if Rye grass seed could produce fruit if used start to finish ? And lastly if I was making a big pf tek experiment would it benifit to flour wbs and mix like standard pf tek ? Thanks in advance

Never used that but I imagine you could prep it like rye grains. Soak 24hrs bring to a hard boil for ~10m. Strain and let slightly dry(toilet paper test in RR's video) load into jars and PC.

Look up violets tek. I would prefer rye berries though.

No BRF is about as nutritious as it gets. Adding WBS is just going to dilute your PF cakes.
