Are my mushroom cakes contaminated?

Hello, this is my first time growing mushrooms and I was wondering if they look contaminated?
They have been in the tank for about a week now. There was 4 but 1 got contaminated so I wasn't sure if the others were as well now.
These are the 3 I have left. Please let me know what you think ASAP!

Did you let them consolidate for a week after full colonization before birthing them? Are you misting and fanning regularly?

Doesn't look contaminated. More than a week for pins is normal. You used the wrong jars.

Wrong sized jars were used....
And you are using a fish tank?
You should build a SGFC for the best results....

I am not sure what you exactly mean, but I am not misting them or fanning. I keep them in a plastic container with 2 holes at the top that I open to get the carbon dioxide out. I took them out of the jar and placed them into the plastic container when they were mostly all white. Please if you have any advice or tips about the whole process please feel free to share. I am going to try a second batch next week and I want them to come out awesome!

Start over, following a good tek....

You are doing everything wrong.
You need constant fresh air while at the same time keeping the humidity high.
You were supposed to let them fully colonize(ALL WHITE), then wait a full week before birthing.
Your fruiting chamber is a joke, co2 should flow out naturally.

You should be misting and you should be fanning. You are going to have fresh air exchange issues using your current method. I did the same (dumb) thing recently, until I wised up and made an SGFC, and now I have real results.
Buy a clear plastic container (or use the one you already procured), and drill 1/4" holes two inches apart on all six sides of the container (including the utmost important lid and bottom). Fill with 4-5" of well-rained perlite, light it on a 12 on/12off schedule with a 6500k bulb placed closely, and mist and fan at least 3x a day. Mist your cakes and mist your perlite. Fan afterwards. Don't point any fans at the SGFC, don't heat the SGFC, just make it and give it some (orthodox) love and wait for the results.
Edit: Also, look up dunk and roll. Next time don't finish up consolidation in the fruiting chamber. No bueno. If you start over, as Notahacker420 advises, strive to take all of this into consideration.

Do not have any fans running in the same room as the SGFC.
Mist the cakes directly with a fine mist until they glisten, then fan out the chamber.
Repeat when the water you misted previously evaporates.

Half pint WIDE MOUTH jars (the short fat ones.) Your local grocer and hardware stores will have them.
These cakes may yet be salvageable. If there are no signs of contamination I don't see why he couldn't just dunk them and put them in a proper fruiting chamber.
Google 'let's grow mushrooms' and watch / buy the video. Start a new grow according to the video's directions and see if you can't get your current cakes to pin using a Shotgun Fruiting Chamber. The link to the directions to build one is in Notahacker420's signature. He probably has the most useful signature of anyone so pay attention and study study study.
