Curved and closed cap for Pleurotus Ostreatus

Hi everyone,
I recently began to grow my own mushrooms, using a mix of coffee grounds (80%), wood sawdust (8%) and pleurotus ostreatus mycelium (12%).
First results are very good, but I have some weird results too. I always use the same mix and my mushrooms are in the same place and growing conditions. However, I got different results :

As you can see, some bags are fined but others created closed, curving mushrooms.
Does anybody knows what could cause this ?
Thanks !

To me the 2nd one looks like a bacterial infection.Does it smell different to the others? It may be too much heat (next to the light maybe?) but I think its bacterial.

Hi guys,
thank you for your answers !
All the bags where in the same place, same temperature, same light, same CO2 and the "bad" bags smell less than the good mushroom but don't smell bad.
Solarity : why do you think it could be a bacterial infection ? Are you referring to the mycelium or the substrate ?
Forrest : how can I clone them ?
Thanks !

Some of those need more light for the caps to develop properly. However, 80% coffee grinds is too much. Try a 50/50 mix with sawdust. A 25% coffee grinds/75% sawdust would probably work even better. RR

Hi RogerRabbit,
In fact, I did five different series on 16th, 18th, 20th, 23th, 25th of September. Always with the same mix and this mix has been efficient and successful for several months.
I have placed 4 bags of each series in the same place, same environnement, so they had the same light or air... with the same light !
Three series (16,20 and 25th) have a weird cap; two series (18 and 23) look fine !
Regards
