Tubs look odd?

I was just looking for some insight on these.. They're about 15 days colonizing now and they don't look like they're ready yet, to me anyways. The only thing I did different this time is I used different coco coir and I didn't have enough mixture for a "top layer". The brand name is CocoGrow. I'm wondering if that's effecting these tubs because they all look the same.
Should I start fruiting these?

You need a clearer image. That looks really light colored for Coir. Is that Verm that is giving it that color? Is this cased or uncased? CocoGro is good, I just used it for one of my grows and it colonized just fine. What are your other factors? Temp, water content of substrate, sub prep?

Judging from the lack of white in the picks i would say they are at like 70-80% done but the pics are too fuzzy to be sure

Cocogro is fine, I just switched to it because a local store carries it.
What was your spawn/sub ratio? The pics are fuzzy and the top layer woulda been nice cuz it helps differentiate but I think they look pretty close to fruiting, maybe a couple more days if it isn't stalled out, maybe see if some knots pop up.
But you opened the tub to take pictures? o2 exposure so maybe fruit it?
edit:And get a brighter light lol. Probably not necessary, but I rock 2 ottlight cfls and its like walking outside when I walk into the room, they fairly cheap, 7 or 8 bucks or something. I like bright light though.

Opening a tub for a quick pic is nowhere near introducing to fruiting conditions.

but you shouldn't open it if it's not done. You could let in contams
with the change in air currents

Properly pasteurized sub, this shouldn't be an issue.
