It says those BTC were found on hardware of his. The $80 million referenced before is probably still in a web-hosted wallet, and he might have more elsewhere.

I wouldn't of had them on my HD any ways... If he was smart he would have them in the e-wallets all over the place. That way if he gets out he gots some bank.

Just because they seized hardware with the coins on it doesn't mean the feds can use the coins. He probably has the wallet encrypted which they may not be able to break. Also there could be other copies of this encrypted wallet out there that he may access if he ever gets out.

If the wallet was encrypted the feds wouldn't know they had seized said wallet unless DPR admitted its presence amongst hardware that they seized, which I doubt he was stupid enough to do.
