SGFC humidity questions.

i know humidity can be tied to temperature. i live in the northeast, and as most people know we get some pretty harsh weather during the winter around here, on top of that i live in a building which is an old mill convertered into large lofts. The walls are all brick, and as you can imagine it gets really cold, my ceilings because it is a loft, are like 20 ft high, so regulating temperature, despite the central air, coupled with no insulation brick walls, is a nightmare at its BEST. my fruiting chamber because of the fairly low temps in the 70f area, seems to be having issues with humidity. I dont have a humidity reader but i can also see that all the sides of the tub are dry, and i would imagine with higher humidity the sides of the tub would atleast look slightly moist. (could i jsut be wrong in general?) i read putting the tub on a heating blanket really kinda off sets the point of having holes on the bottom because you lose the air flow. i was wondering if i propped my sgfc (it already is like 5-6inches off the ground) up higher and slid my food dehydrator under it(so there is still room between dehydrator and the sgfc, i.e. the chamber wont be sitting on top of it.) just to raise the heat up a little while not compromising air flow would be ok? this wouldnt be too much heat, and it would just ensure the air going into the fruiting chamber was slightly warmer. think dehydrator like 1ft under the fruiting chamber. or would this still completely throw off everything? should i just mist more instead? any thing anyone can give me advice on would be greatly appreciated.

Do not put a dehydrator under your sgfc. As a matter of fact I would not even run in the same room. It drys out the rh too much. That won't affect a sgfc as much as a monotub but I still would not run onein the same room.
A properly built sgfc will maintain nearly 100 percent humidity no problem. The walls in a sgfc don't get damp unless you mist them which is not necessary
65 to 75 degrees works fine for fruiting
