It's time.

"Do behold the King in his glory, King Sequoia! Behold! Behold! seems all I can say. Some time ago I left all for Sequoia and have been and am at his feet, fasting and praying for light, for is he not the greatest light in the woods, in the world? Where are such columns of sunshine, tangible, accessible, terrestrialized?" - John Muir

Shout out to pseudotsuga, fun hunting with ya

Yes, Sequoiadendron giganteum to be exact. And Gravija is right about the T. rutilans.

Great stuff Ran-D!!! I'm jealous. . . little baby conks are about the only action I've been seeing around my hood.

Awesome pics ran-d! You are way more skilled than i am with camera. When did you discover the Tricholomopsis? They are such cool looking shrooms. It is too bad those Jewish guys didn't hang around to go the brewery, they were funny.
I had a great time with you and your gf and am looking forward to more mushroom hunts/brewery visits.

Great shots Ran-D!
That first Pholiota shot took my breath away and that Tricholomopsis shot is spectacular!
That looks like some rugged terrain.
