I was wondering if anybody has their own notes or knows of a place where I can find information on the different effects of various cubenis mushrooms such as treasure coast, strain B, mexicana, golden teacher ect. I'd like to find out which ones have the best effects and a basic break down of the potency. I am working on my own lab notes for this so they can be ready to share someday. thanks.

I think nutmeg is the most potent spice .

Anyway, potency doesn't only depend on the strain (there are more and also less powerful species around, but usually the only species that is grown for its entheogenic properties is psilocybe cubensis), but also on the cultivation techniques used and the general conditions the mushrooms are provided with to grow.
An investigation into the potency of strains would be interesting though, I'd defenitely like to see some results ! [edit]: me an' a keyboard...tsk, tsk, tsk,

True, i mean just like the quality of say, vegitables, will depend on the amout of nutrients in the soil or the care given to the plant to produce a certain quality of product. I was doing sort of a study on the different substrates used and such. I've used regular peat mix, succulent mix (worked very well) and now I'm using an african violet mix so we'll see what happens. I had started a log of all this but work and school kind of took over. I'm planning on getting back into it though so I'll be posting any and all results that I get from that.
