Ive got 4 monotubs going as my very first grow. A combo of coir, verm, cowpoop, gypsum, worm castings and straw. 4" depth and each spawned with 6qts of rye containing Golden Teacher and Alacabenzi (2 tubs of each). They have been colonizing for 3 weeks. After the first couple of days i noticed a slight rotten egg smell throughout the house. Nevertheless, i continued to colonize all 4 tubs at 75f, half way through, encasing them in garbage bags. Now after 21 days im putting them into fruiting conditions with polyfil etc.. 3 of the 4 tubs smell like fresh mushrooms. The 4th stinks like sulphur, yet doesnt show obvious signs of contam. issues. The surface is beaded with water, and is not quite as white as the others. Im currently fanning the surface to clear the water beads, but do you think theres any hope for this one? Anyone had issues like this?

Stinking is a sign of contamination. Sometimes, especially with bacteria contaminated substrate, that's the only sign they'll show of it other than no mushrooms growing.

In your opinion though, is it worth giving it a chance? Is there history of mycelium being able to fight off bacteria if placed in the right conditions? Honestly, I think this might be too far gone especially since the smell has been around for weeks. I dont wanna toss it if it still has a chance, but i dont want to stink up the house too bad. I can smell it in the whole basement since i removed it from the garbage bag this morning. I even removed a small nugget of substrate, crumbled it up and gave it a whiff. The smell is definately saturated in the substrate. Son of a bitch!

Not much of a chance to say the least. However you could bury it outside and let nature take it's course. If the mycelium is capable of fruiting it's just likely if not more to fruit out there, although depending on the weather it could take much longer.
